Aluminum and stainless steel construction. Palm-size design is easier to handle during emergencies. User-rated for up to (2) workers. Descent speed: 3.3 ft/sec. at 220 lbs. SafEscape Wind Energy kit includes Miller SafEscape ELITE RDD with hoisting wheel and ladder bracket, T-bar, edge protector, (3) anchor slings, (3) carabiners, pulley, adjustable rope anchor, rescue rope grab, and humidity-resistant storage case. Meets all applicable OSHA regulations and ANSI standards, including ANSI Z359.4. Made in USA.
