Uses sophisticated electronic components to help protect from the dangers of CO. Easy to install, the green LED flashes every 60 seconds to indicate the unit is operating properly. If dangerous CO levels are detected, the red LED pulses and an 85 dB horn sounds at specific intervals until the CO threat is eliminated. Able to provide continuous monitoring every 15 seconds of CO levels, even during power outages. Snap-open cover makes it easy to take out old batteries but is difficult to close if new batteries are not installed. Includes (2) AA batteries.
