#520/#522 Cushion-Lok™

Cushion-Lok can be custom-designed for a specific workstation or used in continuous lengths. Recommended uses include assembly lines, machinist stations, drill presses and other heavy-duty, wet environments. The solid PVC vinyl is highly resistant to chemicals. The raised diamond porthole system facilitates drainage and improves traction. Overall thickness is 7/8". Bold OSHA compliant colored ramps on (3) sides provide easy, non-trip access and instant identification. Reinforced wall pattern bottom surface provides fatigue relief while withstanding abusive loads. The #522 Grip-Step® top coat has an abrasive coating that provides additional traction.
All stock sizes come with ramps attached to (3) sides. Note: Grip-Step coating on #522 is only applied to black tiles, ramps/corners.
